Components of the Electric Heat Tracing

Thermal Insulation Thermal Insulation

Consists of thermal insulation materials and protective coating reducing heat losses and ensuring protection against external impacts.

Power Supply Subsystem Power Supply Subsystem

Includes power cables and junction boxes providing power supply to the electric heat tracing system.

Heating Subsystem Heating Subsystem

Consists of heating cable with connection and termination kits for the heating sections.

Fastening Subsystem Fastening Subsystem

Designed for installation and fastening of system components. Includes fastening tapes, clamps, brackets, and other mounting hardware. It is also used for fastening heating sections, protection of power and control cables, as well as installation of junction boxes.

Control Subsystem Control Subsystem

Includes electric heat tracing control cabinets, thermostats, temperature sensors, junction boxes for temperature sensors, as well as control cables and data transmission cables.
