Engineering

We help to implement any construction projects. Our specialists offer the most optimal solutions that help to carry out work taking into account all the requirements of occupational safety, design standards and individual characteristics of the production site. The proposed solutions increase the comfort and convenience of work, which increases the speed and quality of project implementation.

01 | Construction site audit

It is necessary to collect the initial data directly at the work site

It allows us to provide an accurate bid cost to the customer

It allows all technical questions to be answered

02 | Preparation of engineering and technical documentation

Engineering and technical documentation is developed by specialists with appropriate qualifications and work experience based on the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation, instructions for assembly and operation of the manufacturer. Drawings of structures/technological equipment or the results obtained during the audit can be presented as initial data.

Documentation development is carried out to solve a number of issues: visualization of the adopted technical solution, its coordination with the customer, transfer of the design to work, planning of work, drawing up specifications of material requirements, accurate calculation of the volume of work for further formation of a commercial proposal by specialists of the relevant department.

03 | Project Development After Audit

During the technical audit and meeting with the customer, the details of the future project, the need and sequence of work in certain areas are discussed, and factors that could complicate the development of the structure become clear.

These details may not be specified in the design documentation or the customer's technical assignment; only through an audit can these factors be identified. The audit provides an opportunity not only to understand the features of the planned work but also to build an accurate schedule for their execution, clarify details affecting the technical solution, the installation sequence, schedule, and overall cost.

04 | Development of technical solutions

When faced with the need to provide safe access at height, our engineers begin developing various technical solutions that take into account all customer requirements: convenience of working with the scaffolding structure, safety when performing work from scaffolding, and compliance with strength and stability requirements.

Based on the initial data received from the technical assignment or audit results, a 3D model of the future scaffolding structure is created. Next, the volume of the developed structure is calculated to assess the economic aspect.

After developing the technical solution, a specification of the elements from which the model will be assembled is compiled; then it is transferred for kitting.

05 | Development of the Work Execution Plan for Work at Height and Technological Charts

The Work Execution Plan (WEP) is an organizational and technological document developed to ensure the safe, technologically and economically efficient performance of work.

The Work Execution Plan is developed and agreed upon well in advance of the start of work. It specifies occupational and industrial safety requirements, the procedure and methods for performing work on the installation of scaffolding structures, personnel placement, loading and unloading operations and other safety requirements. The Work Execution Plan (WEP) for work at height is an organizational and technological documentation developed for the organization and conduct of work at height in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation.
