The scaffolding installation work was carried out for the purpose of restoring the hotel's spire. SOYUZ company scaffolding was used for the project implementation.
The main challenges of the project were design, logistics of material lifting, limited storage capabilities on site, and installation at great height. Work was carried out at levels above 100 meters, with the main structures installed at 116 meters, on special transition bridges, creating an effect of "floating" scaffolding. The maximum working level was 160 meters.
