Since 2017, our modern multi-disciplinary training centers have been preparing specialists for the civil engineering, industrial, and oil and gas sectors. Training programs are regularly updated based on project experience to build a sustainable talent pipeline for the company.

The training programs combine classroom instruction with practical tasks. Employees develop professional skills while studying industrial safety requirements, occupational health and safety standards, the proper use of personal protective equipment, and safe working practices. Practical training takes place at dedicated training facilities, where trainees develop practical skills, practise emergency response procedures, and receive first aid training. Upon successful completion of the program, specialists receive a qualification certificate together with the required certifications for working at height and in confined spaces.

The training center became the first in Russia to receive accreditation from the British CISRS association. CISRS is a globally recognized standard in the field of training specialists for work with scaffolding. The training center joined the world's largest network of training centers, Simiam Skill International, which trains according to CISRS standards. This accreditation confirms the high level of quality in specialist training, provides the opportunity, and confirms that the training center can train specialists according to accepted international standards
