The FIELD EXPERIENCE program

Since January 1, 2025, we have launched a program for all employees of working professions, which is summed up with POLATI A BONUS. As part of this program, we pay for your experience and long-term cooperation, regardless of the order and number of shifts. In addition to the HALF BONUS, your bonus can reach 45% per month.

POLATI BONUS PROGRAM

POLATI launched the POLATI BONUS program, which is active in the POLATI mobile application.

The program is designed for employees of working professions. Employees receive a cash bonus for accumulated shifts.

From September 2023, employees who have worked 75 or more shifts in the last 365 days will receive a bonus plus salary.

Every month, POLATI holds its Path to Success awards.

We have selected the following key quantities: 500 shifts, 1000 shifts, 1500 shifts, 2000 shifts, etc.
