Since January 1, 2025, our company has launched a new program designed for all employees of working professions. This initiative will complement the existing POLATI BONUS program.

As part of the new program, we will reward POLATI employees for their experience and long-term cooperation, regardless of the order and number of shifts. It is important to note that the amount of allowances that employees can receive is combined with the POLATI BONUS program, which allows them to achieve increases of up to 45% per month.
