Start of work on the Sberbank headquarters site
On March 5, POLATI began work on the Sberbank headquarters site. The new 17-story building is being constructed at 32 Kutuzovsky Prospekt, in the business cluster near Moscow-City.
The bank's headquarters is a complex of five buildings, four of which are already operational and the fifth is under construction. Currently, 24,000 people work there—it's the largest office in the country. The new building is the final stage of the project; its completion is scheduled for 2026, and it will provide jobs for approximately 3,000 more people.
POLATI specialists perform a full range of scaffolding installation services on-site:
- ensuring access for finishing work;
- supervising the installation of utility systems;
- organizing work areas for monolithic work;
- installing façade scaffolding with external balconies.
On April 21, 2026, a team of industrial climbers from POLATI joined the project. Their primary task is installing ventilation ducts inside the building's shafts. The climbers work in completely enclosed shafts without natural light—all work is carried out using headlamps and spotlights. This requires increased concentration and precision at every stage.
The work is being carried out under a subcontract with VELESSTROY-MONTAZH, the company responsible for the construction portion of the project. POLATI is deploying 25 fitters and 15 industrial climbers.
