Tasnee is one of the first Saudi companies to invest in the petrochemical market since the mid—90s. At the moment, the company is one of the largest producers of petrochemical products in Saudi Arabia.

In the period from 01/29/2024 to 02/20/2024, the POLATI company carried out the installation and dismantling of scaffolding at the AA site at the Tasnee plant. The installation of scaffolding was necessary to inspect and eliminate defects on the separator with a diameter of 1.5 m and a height of 60 m. The design and installation of the structure was complicated by the large number of interference caused by: support masts, stationary platforms, ladders and auxiliary pipelines.

Prior to the inspection of the equipment from the scaffolding, the customer did not have the opportunity to determine the need for partial dismantling of the separator sections, therefore, access to all necessary parts of the installation should have been provided in the construction of the scaffolding with the possibility of partial dismantling of the separator without modification of the scaffolding.
