"Oil and Gas Sovereignty 2026" — Solutions for Real Projects

The “Oil and Gas Sovereignty 2026” Conference was held on 29 January in Saint Petersburg. The event was aimed at executives, technology experts, and solution providers for the Russian oil and gas industry, bringing together manufacturers and customers to share experience.

POLATI took part in the conference and presented the company's services. The presentation was delivered by David Artyunyan, Chief Manager for Commercial Projects at POLATI. Denis Kildishev, Head of Sales for the Russian Federation, also attended the event.

The topic of David’s presentation was: “Integrated Construction and Installation Works for Oil and Gas Facilities.”

Comment by David Artyunyan following the conference:

“As part of our presentation, we succeeded in conveying to the participants and customers – primarily representatives of Gazprom and Gazprom Neft – our vision of sovereignty in the oil and gas industry and our approach to its implementation, as well as outlining the company’s position specifically from the standpoint of a construction and installation contractor.

The event facilitated numerous valuable and meaningful connections. I am confident that we will continue the dialogue in the near future: arrange some telephone conversations on operational issues and move on to discussing specific areas and details of potential cooperation.”

The conference demonstrated that today, sovereignty in the oil and gas industry is, above all, trust in Russian contractors in the execution of complex and large-scale projects.
