POLATI at the "Thermal Power Engineering of Russia" forum
The 3rd International Forum "Russia’s Thermal Power Industry: Power Plant Construction and Modernization" took place in Moscow on September 16–17.
Energy sector professionals, investors, design engineers, and equipment manufacturers discussed power plant upgrades and new technologies.
How to shorten construction and installation timelines without compromising safety? Sergey Bubenko, Senior Commercial Project Manager, presented the approach taken by POLATI.
"We provide a comprehensive range of work: we conduct site audits, design access structures, and calculate material and personnel requirements. We also create schedules to synchronize the work of various contractors. This helps minimize downtime and prevent resource waste during facility shutdowns for maintenance and modernization," noted Sergey.
POLATI has been working on thermal power projects since 2015. Participating in the forum provided an opportunity to showcase this experience to the professional community.
