POLATI Expands Its Presence in Saudi Arabia: Summary of the Business Forum in Riyadh

On December 1, the Russia–Saudi Arabia Business Forum was held in Riyadh, with POLATI representatives Anastasiya Rusakova and Boris Pirogov in attendance.
The event served as a key platform for strengthening ties with Russian companies operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as for holding meetings with Saudi businesses and government agencies responsible for engagement with foreign investors.

Key outcomes of our participation:

• Direct connections with several ministries and government agencies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;
• Launch of the licensing process with Saudi Aramco, required for performing work at heights exceeding 12 meters at the company’s facilities;
• Initiation of the approval and authorization process for the use of SOYUZ scaffolding at Aramco sites.

The forum was held as part of the 9th meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Russian-Saudi Commission, attended by Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Alexander Novak and Minister of Energy of Saudi Arabia, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman Al Saud. The parties discussed the development of joint projects and the strengthening of the strategic partnership between the two countries.
