Height Safety Training in Real-World Conditions
POLATI in collaboration with a partner training center conducted a height safety training for PRIDEX and SIBUR. The masterclass took place under real working conditions at an operational facility, Polymer House, at the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy.
It was the first time a training was organized at the direct request of clients. The primary objective was to enable participants to further transfer the acquired knowledge and practical skills to their own employees.

The masterclass was delivered by Yuri Udovichenko, an instructor from the training center.
This event was particularly significant for us. The entire program was fully tailored to the specific needs of our clients, and together we worked through all key stages of working at height.
