A New Tool for Thermal Insulation Calculation
At production sites, insulation specialists are regularly required to perform thermal insulation calculations. POLATI consistently introduces process automatization and creates digital tools tailored to real working conditions.
The Business Process Analytics and Automation Department, together with a partner Training Centre, has developed an internal Telegram-based bot for thermal insulation calculation. It addresses the key insulation tasks on site: calculation of areas, volumes, material consumption, and procurement planning.
The solution is implemented in two formats:
- Advanced for detailed calculations, data verification, and documentation preparation;
- Simple for quick calculations in typical situations.
The tool enables:
- work based on a unified calculation logic;
- reduction of the human factor influence;
- saving time of professionals directly on site.
