The Udokan copper deposit is unique in terms of reserves. It is being prepared for
exploitation by open pit and underground methods. Copper resources amount to over
26 million tons, and proven copper reserves are 15.1 million tons. The average grade
of metal in ore is 1.05%. Besides copper, the ores of the deposit contain silver, gold and iron.
The weather conditions here are equated to the northern ones for a reason, the temperature in winter reaches
abnormally low temperatures in winter, and this is with strong winds and low atmospheric pressure.

On this site POLATI performs installation and dismantling of facade scaffolding, installation and dismantling of stationary scaffolding for further works. The works are complicated by weather conditions, but despite this all works are performed qualitatively and on time.
