This year has been very difficult for many people, but not for us. POLATI passed the times of covida very well, and even grew by 50%, which gave a new impetus to the growth and development of the company. It was possible to pass this thanks to the hard and well-coordinated work of the team.

In many spheres the perfect balance was found, for example, we switched to piece labor payment, this principle works to this day and proves its advantage. The 112 service was also created, which allows you to solve important issues. The category of issues refers to those that cannot always be solved directly at the site.

The POLATI mobile application for employees was released, which made it easier for employees to get a lot of information: current earnings, answers to hot questions, news, training materials, workouts and much more.

Changes have also been made to the company's locations. POLATI actively enters the international market: the CIS sales department was opened, the first project in Belarus was realized.

This year POLATI worked 4,282,250 man-hours, 37 projects were realized, 2,342 employees were involved.
