2021: launch of the new Insulation direction
Having consolidated the achievements of the previous year, we did not rest on our laurels. In 2021, we launched a new business line: Insulation. We started work at our first facility in Kazakhstan, in the city of Shymkent, and also opened an office in the city of Atyrau.
The launch of the MRO direction in 2019 was building up its potential and in 2021 showed growth of 100%.
The innovations touched upon the work with personnel: for the first time we introduced employee appraisal, introduced ERP software to get away from google timesheets and become a little more self-sufficient.
Taking care of employee comfort, we developed and introduced our unique uniforms for summer and winter.
This year, POLATI worked 6,541,264 man-hours, completed 56 projects and engaged 3,393 employees.
