Development in the international market was not limited to Kazakhstan, so it was decided to open an office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and then followed by obtaining all the necessary licenses, this process is different from what we are used to, but when it stopped us.

This year it was decided to focus on sports, as it is very motivating for employees, energizes them and allows them to reboot. In addition to spot support for athletes, we held the first mini-football tournament POLATI Cup, where we gathered employees from many facilities in Mytishchi.

In 2022, the company faced unforeseen difficulties, which we managed to solve promptly: it was time for optimization. It was necessary to restructure many departments and work at the sites so that the company could overcome temporary difficulties.

This year, POLATI worked 6,356,004 man-hours, implemented 93 projects and engaged 2,520 employees.
