This year became the starting point for all the following ones. Many important decisions were made: starting the company, developing the name, registering the company, calculating the business plan.

This year also saw the search for the first office, which was located at the address: Mytishchi, Voronin St., building 16. This location was chosen for a reason, the company is registered and located in Mytishchi, because the start-up team was born and still lives here.

There were no problems with generating the company name. Alexander, thanks to his main employment at the time, studied a huge amount of information about scaffolding: from the history of its emergence to the current trends in the industry. Once a labor safety poster “Leave nothing unreinforced on POLATI (loft)” caught his eye, and it was then that the non-standard, outdated name of the scaffolding was well remembered, as a result of which the name of the company appeared - “POLATI”.

Going back to that time, it is important to note that in 2014 every member of the startup team had a major job. In parallel with the heavy workload and responsibility, everyone was preparing to go to work at POLATI. Everyone gathered at each other's homes or in the countryside to discuss issues concerning the company. The start date of office lease and full-fledged employment in POLATI was set for April 1, 2015.
