2015: first project was launched

Putting everything on the bet, all members of the start-up team finished and handed over their business at their past places of employment, and, as planned, came to the first office in Mytishchi on April 1, 2015.

How was the logo created? The logo was designed by Alexander Zazygin himself, drawing it in AutoCAD. The triangle shape for the logo was chosen for a reason, it symbolizes the stability of the company, as the most stable figure is a triangle.

The logo also symbolizes a key shape in scaffolding: the triangle ensures the stability and reliability of the scaffolding, which is formed by placing a diagonal in the normal span of the scaffolding.

The first project realized by POLATI was the installation of scaffolding in the boiler at Novocherkasskaya GRES in the summer of 2015. In addition to invaluable experience, this project also provided an opportunity to meet real professionals who later joined the company.

The second project was implemented already in September 2015 - it was a Kamyur-type boiler in Koryazhma at Kotlas Pulp and Paper Mill, and the third project was a shutdown repair at the EuroChem plant in Nevinnomyssk, which was carried out during the fall-winter 2015.

While realizing these cases, the team tried to find larger-scale projects, but this year had its own plans. 2015 turned out to be a difficult and turbulent year, because of the difficulties in work we had to change the structure of the company and part ways with one of our partners, Alexey Pshenitsyn.

From the very beginning, we realized that the key factor of POLATI's success is the team, so we offered Boris Pirogov, as a very strong specialist, to join the team. He, in turn, understanding the complexity of the situation, decided to accept the offer and joined the company in the fall of 2015.

Branding of the company was a key point from the very beginning, so T-shirts with the POLATI logo were prepared for work on projects. It is interesting to note that the logo was applied independently, using a metal stencil and a can of paint.

This challenging year is coming to an end and dreams are shattered by reality: the company was cheated out of all the money it earned, so they entered 2016 zeroed out and renewed.

This year, POLATI has worked 12,398 man-hours and realized 3 projects.
