POLATI at a Business Session at "Grass" Company, Volgograd
Last week, "POLATI" company employees went to "Grass" to participate in an intensive business session dedicated to development, tools for non-material support, and improving project efficiency.
The event program included:
- Stand Up in the team - introduction to one of the Scrum events.
- The Philosophy of Success - about how to form personal and corporate values.
- How to create an environment of happy people in a company - because success starts with team well-being.
- Where Scrum begins - practices of an agile approach to work and self-organization.
- A tour of the "Grass" production - visiting the eco-office, familiarization with production processes.
