POLATI served as the general contractor for scaffolding installation on the skyscraper. The first installation of scaffolding in Europe at a height of 448 m was carried out by our company.

Lakhta Center has been recognized as the world’s best skyscraper by the Emporis Skyscraper Award, a four-time winner of the CTBUH Awards 2021, and ranks among the top five most environmentally sustainable supertall buildings in the world.

Lakhta Center is the tallest building in Russia, the tallest skyscraper in Europe and the northernmost high-rise building in the world. The skyscraper is located in Saint Petersburg, on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, and houses the headquarters of Gazprom PJSC.
